CBO announces Summer Collegiate Baseball League!

The Caribbean Baseball Organization (CBO) will celebrate 25 years of college Baseball in 2021. The Homestead Challenge (now the Palm Beach Challenge) began in 1997 as a Spring Break event. During our first 24 years we have hosted 410 schools and 76 players have reached the Major Leagues.

Today we are proud to announce the CBO Summer Collegiate League to be held in Florida’s Treasure Coast. There will be 6 teams playing a 32-game season plus play-offs.  There will be filmed showcase made available on our YouTube Channel CBO-TV and an All-Star Game.

In addition, there will be an MLB Alumni Athletes Seminar and clinic, and the option to play a 2 game series in the Bahamas.

Chris Langan will be the League Director and Tyler Pereira the player's coordinator. Former Miami Marlins Front Office Executive(14 years) Charles Sano will serve as one of the General Managers.

There are two complete teams and space available for 104 players and 7 coaches.
